LEO
“The biggest thing Leo has gained from COMPTRAIN is confidence. After training all winter, he started soccer this spring and noticed right away that running felt easier and he didn’t get tired as quickly. He sees and feels the improvement, and he knows he can do hard things.”
— Lauren Landry, Leo's Mom & CT adult member
JAMIE
“Jamie loves his COMPTRAIN classes. He comes out sweaty, tired, and so happy. We were looking for a place where he could learn how to use weights and train safely, and I’m so pleased we found this program. I’ve also seen a huge difference in his eating and sleeping habits. He is really embracing the 5 Factors of Health.
I was nervous COMPTRAIN would feel super competitive, but instead I’ve noticed the positivity and good vibes of the program. For Jamie, it’s about the joy of moving his body without feeling like he’s not good enough or not as good as everyone else. Wherever you are is okay, and you work on your own goals. I can see a difference in his appearance, mood, and confidence since starting this program.”
— Marianne McGarrity, Jamie's Mom
TYLER
“My son has experienced so much joy and growth through COMPTRAIN. He is bursting with confidence because he is starting to understand what he is capable of. He talks about the new abilities he’s discovering, loves pushing himself toward personal bests, and has become more mindful about nutrition before and after workouts.
What I love most is that it’s not just about getting stronger physically. He has built camaraderie with his training group, learned to encourage others, and found a supportive environment where he feels valued. The progress and gratitude journaling have also helped him reflect on and appreciate his journey. He is stronger, more confident, and genuinely enjoys working out.”
— Lisa Ware, Tyler's Mom
