CompTrain Youth builds more than athletes—we develop strong, capable, and resilient young humans.
Our 90-minute classes combine strength, speed, conditioning, and mindset training—giving kids and teens the tools they need to thrive both in sport and in life.
Grounded in the CompTrain Complete Athlete Methodology, each class develops all four pillars of performance:
Movement • Strength • Energy System Development • Durability
Our Middle School program focuses on building fundamentals: movement quality, coordination, foundational strength, and athletic confidence. Athletes learn proper technique, develop body control, and build the consistency needed for long-term progress.
What Middle School Trains
A typical class includes:
Warm-ups + line drills → movement stations → strength work → conditioning finisher → 5 Factors talk
Middle School training builds the base—and prepares athletes for the next level when they’re ready.
Tuesdays & Thursdays, 7:00–8:30pm
Our Advanced CompTrain Youth class is designed for experienced, highly motivated athletes who have already developed solid foundations in movement, strength, and coachability. This is a faster-paced, more challenging training environment for middle school and high school athletes ready for an elevated strength and conditioning experience.

What Advanced Youth Trains (Compared to Middle School):
**Training feels different here—**faster transitions, more technical coaching, heavier loading (when appropriate), and more intentional progression week to week.
This class replaces our former high school class.
Current high school members may continue attending with no changes to their membership.

Our schedule follows the Natick Public Schools calendar—if they’re in session, so are we.
Pricing:
Each month requires a monthly membership. The amount per month is based on the number of available classes on the schedule, which changes based on the
Natick Public Schools calendar.
Monthly Membership Options:
1 Class/Week: $35/class
2 Class/Week: $31.50/class
3 Class/Week: $28/class (Middle School Only)
4 Class/Week: $25/class (Middle School Only)
Membership Details:
- All Youth Memberships are committing to specific days of the week (Example: Tues & Thurs at 4:00pm)
- All CompTrain Youth sessions are capped at 18 Kids.
- Auto-renews, cancel anytime before next month.
- No-class days & cancellations follow the Natick Public Schools calendar.
- Non-refundable.
- Non-transferable to other memberships or accounts.
