Middle School + Advanced Programs

Membership Only | No Drop-Ins

Our COMPTRAIN Youth Program serves middle and high school athletes who want to train with purpose, structure, and consistency.

Each 90-minute class combines strength, speed, conditioning, and mindset training to prepare athletes for sport, school, and life.

Programs are grounded in four pillars of performance:

Movement • Strength • Energy Systems • Durability

All classes also include daily education around our 5 Factors of Health.

Middle School Program (Grades 5–8)

Build Strong, Athletic Foundations

The Middle School program focuses on developing movement quality, coordination, strength fundamentals, and confidence.

Athletes learn how to train safely, build consistency, and develop habits that support long-term progress.

This is where strong foundations are built.

What Middle School Trains

- Movement and Coordination
- Agility drills, reaction games, sprint mechanics

- Strength Foundations
- Squats, deadlifts, presses, bench, dumbbells, and odd objects

Conditioning
- Team workouts, intervals, sleds

- Durability
- Bodyweight strength, core stability, posture

- 5 Factors of Health education

Typical Class Structure

- Active mobility and warm-ups
- Explosive power work
- Strength lifts
- Pull-ups and push-ups
- Conditioning
- 5 Factors of Health talk

Advanced COMPTRAIN Youth

Middle School and High School

High-Performance Training for Committed Athletes

The Advanced program is designed for experienced, highly motivated athletes who have built strong foundations and are ready for greater challenge and accountability.

Training is faster-paced, more technical, and more demanding.

Who This Program Is For Athletes Who:

- Move well under load
- Demonstrate consistency and coachability
- Are ready for complex progressions
- Want to increase strength and intensity
- Thrive in focused, high-expectation environments

What Advanced Trains

- Advanced barbell and strength progressions
- Higher training volume and density
- Higher-intensity conditioning
- Advanced speed and agility work
- Leadership and maturity development

- Training includes faster transitions, heavier loading (when appropriate), and intentional long-term progression.

- This program bridges the gap toward adult COMPTRAIN training.

- This class replaces our former high school program. Current members continue without changes.

SCHEDULES:

Middle School (90 Minutes)
Monday–Thursday
4:00 PM – 5:30 PM
5:30 PM – 7:00 PM

Advanced COMPTRAIN Youth (90 Minutes)
Tuesdays and Thursdays
7:00 PM – 8:30 PM

All schedules follow the Natick Public Schools calendar.
If school is in session, we’re training.

PRICING

Monthly Membership Required

Pricing is based on the number of scheduled classes each month and may vary according to the school calendar.

Monthly Membership Options

1 Class per Week: $35 per class

2 Classes per Week: $31.50 per class

3 Classes per Week: $28 per class (Middle School Only)

4 Classes per Week: $25 per class (Middle School Only)

Can I Pay as I Go or Drop In?

No. Middle School and Advanced programs require an active membership.

The 1x/week option is the best entry point for most families.
