How does it work?
Drop ins are available for any athlete visiting COMPTRAIN from out of town.
For the easiest drop in experience, having at least 1 YEAR of training barbell movements such as Deadlifts, Power Cleans, Power Snatches, and Overhead Pressing helps a lot!
If you do not meet our minimum requirements, that's okay. We just want to keep you safe! Let's chat and come up with a gameplan for your visit.
