Our coaches all share the same goals:
Workouts can be adjusted in weight, intensity, and certain mechanics to scale to the experience and fitness levels of any individual, be it a total fitness beginner or elite competitive athlete.
COMPTRAIN programming is designed with intentional intensity. Not every day is the same focus, but a full week provides you with a well rounded fitness plan. All workouts include "functional movements" that translate into real life activities that will help you kick ass into your 90's! A perfect example of one of these movements is the burpee. Let's be real, burpees are hard, but they allow us to make sure we can get up off the ground if we fall...a VITAL ability as we get older.
All of our COMPTRAIN classes are coach-led and follow a planned progression 60 minutes in duration and follow this basic structure:
A guided warm-up, movement technique review and practice, a practice round to get a feel for things, a bathroom/water break, and a workout. Your Coach will supervise and adjust any movement performed by you during the workout.
